We currently have an opportunity for a General Maintenance/Handy Person at our sites in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be required to have general DIY standard skills plus hold a full driving licence as driving a company vehicle between sites is required.

As a General maintenance/Handy person your role will involve;

• Onsite Maintenance including cleaning, Painting, Gardening to Maintain Standards of sites
• Frontline machine maintenance
• General experience in Gardening landscaping/litter picking, painting plus other general DIY standard jobs as required
• Customer service assisting with queries/complaints

The ideal candidate will display;

• Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
• Good Customer service skills
• The ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivate
• Accuracy and attention detail
• Awareness of Health and Safety
• Previous General Maintenance/Handy Person experience desirable

The role is part time for 24 hours per week on a rota basis, however the successful candidate will need to be flexible as the rota can change to suit business needs.

Rate of pay is £10.00per hour.

The role will be subject to reference and DSB checks. Full training will be provided.
