Mobile Car Park Attendant

As a Mobile Car Park attendant your role will involve;

  • Undertaking regular patrols of the car park throughout the duration of your shift.
  • Issuing the appropriate enforcement notice to vehicles which contravene the onsite regulations.
  • Providing an approachable point of contact for customers dealing with all queries/complaints.
  • Onsite cleaning including litter picking
  • Frontline machine maintenance of pay and display machines/car par equipment where applicable
  • Cash reconciliation and banking where applicable
  • General onsite admin

 

The ideal candidate will display;

  • Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Good numerical skills
  • Good technical experience and ability to use smart phone and/or PDA’s
  • The ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining calm and polite at all times
  • The ability to work under their own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Accuracy and attention detail in work completed 

Previous experience in a customer facing role would be ideal, however full training will be provided. The successful applicant must hold a full driving license with their own vehicle that has a full current MOT and Class A business insurance

The role is zero hours working as and when required covering sickness, holiday and vacancies. The successful will need to be flexible as hours and days will vary from week to week

The role will be subject to reference, CRB and CCJ checks. The cost of the CRB is deductible. Items of uniform such as shirt/trousers will need to be provided by the successful applicant however all logoed items will be provided by the company.
