Administrator/Helpdesk Assistant

We have an opportunity for an Administrator/Helpdesk Assistant to join us on a part time basis, working weekends.

The role includes:

  • Supporting the business by ensuring customer communication is managed to the highest level
  • Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails
  • Assisting customers over the telephone with parking related enquiries
  • General administration tasks to include the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Updating internal software and systems
  • Collate data and information and keep accurate records

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, outlook, excel
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Good customer service skills

The hours for this role are 24 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday.

The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
