Administrator/Helpdesk Assistant
We have an opportunity for an Administrator/Helpdesk Assistant to join us on a part time basis, working weekends.
The role includes:
- Supporting the business by ensuring customer communication is managed to the highest level
- Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently to emails
- Assisting customers over the telephone with parking related enquiries
- General administration tasks to include the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Updating internal software and systems
- Collate data and information and keep accurate records
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills on the phone and in person
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, outlook, excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Good customer service skills
The hours for this role are 24 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday.
The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
